As we continue to enhance our hospital development, we are looking for a skilled QA/QC Civil Engineer to help ensure quality and compliance across our construction projects.

Job Description:

The QA/QC Civil Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting all civil, architectural, and structural works to ensure alignment with approved plans, technical specifications, applicable codes, and project timelines. This role is key in maintaining construction quality and supporting our commitment to building a safe, compliant, and high-standard medical facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and quality checks on-site to ensure works conform with drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants regarding corrective actions and compliance issues.
  • Ensure all civil, architectural, and structural works meet regulatory and safety standards.
  • Review and validate construction drawings, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and related documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, punch lists, and inspection records.
  • Support the Project Manager in maintaining project quality across all civil aspects.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer – Required
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in QA/QC or site engineering, preferably in vertical construction projects.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospital, or medical facility projects is a strong advantage.
  • Familiar with DPWH Standards, National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP), American Concrete Institute (ACI) standards, and other relevant building codes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and inspection documentation systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Tools & Equipment:

To support seamless documentation and reporting, a personal laptop is preferred. Access to necessary tools and platforms will be provided to aid in performance and efficiency.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months
