Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting and Financial

  • Maintain and update accounting records, including the general ledger.
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
  • Help prepare financial statements, reports, and tax returns.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting policies and compliance with regulations.

Administrative and General Office

  • Handle office correspondence, filing, and document management.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team and other personnel.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Perform general data entry and other clerical tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive financial information.
  • Experience with bookkeeping, financial records, and administrative support is often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
