  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Support other staff with administrative tasks as required
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff members
  • Manage databases and input data, as needed
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained and repaired, as needed
