  • Administrative support:
  • Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate person, take messages.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and reserve conference rooms.
  • Manage and update calendars for staff and management.
  • Clerical duties:
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents.
  • Type documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Photocopy, fax, and scan documents.
  • Office operations:
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate stock.
  • Keep the office and common areas, such as reception and conference rooms, tidy and organized.
  • Assist with preparing and collating reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Proficiency with standard office equipment and software, including computers, phone systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work calmly under pressure.
