Job Description:
The Office Staff provides administrative and clerical support to management and the team. The role includes managing schedules, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and assisting in various company activities. The Office Staff ensures smooth day-to-day operations in the office and serves as reliable support for both internal and external coordination, including accompanying the CEO/President during site visits when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and organize reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as required.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Serve as point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
- Provide general office support such as filing, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Assist the CEO/President during company site visits and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience in administrative support or similar role is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexible
- Willing to start ASAP.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
