The Role
We are looking for a PMO Intern to join our Delivery Project Management Office (DPMO). In this role, you will support the team in process documentation and refining our Delivery Process gaining hands-on experience in project management and process improvement. You  will work closely with the DPMO Head, providing valuable contributions to optimizing project workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.

Your  Responsibilities:

  • Process Documentation: Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining detailed process documentation and DPMO Practice guides. Assist in updating the existing PM playbook and Delivery hub.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the DPMO Head and other team members to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on process management and project delivery practices.
  • Support Tasks: Provide general support to the DPMO team as needed, including preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest and aptitude in process management and process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); knowledge of process mapping tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
