Summary

  • To ensure efficient project management of new stations
  • Ensure all equipment in good working condition and properly maintained
  • Ensures that overall constructions of new station and major expansion are compliance to design standards and specifications, operating safely, within quality standards, within the budget and timely completion of the project

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate works and other functions to supervisor to make sure that the group contributes significantly to a well-organized and well-managed organization
  • Give approval to all engineering concerns
  • Monitor's accomplishments of each project assigned to his/her project engineers
  • To ensure operational costs are within approved budget
  • To ensure compliance on approved construction design standards for all stations and timetable are met
  • To regularly review construction, installation and budget per project
  • Approves billing forwarded by the Project Engineer
  • To ensure that all technical services and concerns are properly coordinated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Board Passer
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years above in a Petroleum Industry will be highly valued.
  • In-depth knowledge of Petroleum Industry regulations
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Great mathematical, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office Application, Email, etc
  • Availability to visit the construction site outside of business hours, when relevant
