Project Manager- Construction

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables to ensure efficient and timely execution

● Lead and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle — from conceptual design and

procurement through construction and final handover

● Collaborate with external suppliers, in-house workers to ensure seamless project delivery

● Manage on-site construction, repair, and renovation activities for our company

owned projects and ensuring compliance with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards

● Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs

● Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, local building codes, and company policies and procedures

● In-charge with the processing of necessary permits

● Liaise with clients to evaluate and negotiate construction project requests

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as Site Manager or Project In-Charge.

● With experience in cost and contracts management.

● Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

● Proficient in project planning, budgeting, cost control, and scheduling.

● Experience in using project management software (e.g., MS Project,

AutoCAD).

● Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.

● Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and internal teams.

● Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
