Administrative Assistant (Full-Time, Remote)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and can efficiently handle a wide range of administrative and research tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Conduct online research, compile data, and prepare organized reports or summaries
- Manage and update spreadsheets, trackers, and other documentation using Excel or Google Sheets
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain digital files and records for easy access and organization
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and project coordination
- Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication and minimal accent
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and online tools
- Strong internet research skills and ability to analyze and summarize findings logically
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in administrative support, research, or coordination roles preferred
- A professional attitude with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
