GENERAL JOB DEFINITION:

GH Max Corporation is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance, Accounting and Administration to join our senior leadership team. This executive role is responsible for the overall financial health of the company while providing leadership over the critical administrative functions of Human Resources and Data Analysis. The Director will be a key partner to the CEO and other department heads, driving financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and building a scalable infrastructure to support our growth.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Financial Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, aligning it with short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Lead the annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for executive review and board meetings.
  • Conduct in-depth financial and data analysis, including profitability analysis by channel (Retail vs. B2B), product margin analysis, and inventory turnover.
  • Manage the company's cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity and support operational needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison with banks, auditors, and external financial partners; manage credit facilities and covenants.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and federal tax regulations and reporting requirements.

2. Administration & Operations Leadership:

  • Human Resources: Provide strategic oversight to the HR Manager on all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.
  • IT (ERP/ POS) and Data Analysis: Provide strategic oversight to the analysis of data to drive decision-making and administration of the ERP and POS system.

3. Strategic Leadership & Partnership:

  • Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing financial insights and strategic advice to the CEO and other directors.
  • Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations on inventory purchasing strategies and cost management.
  • Collaborate with the Managers of B2B Sales and Retail to model the financial impact of new initiatives, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve processes, reduce costs, and drive operational efficiency across the back-office functions.
