Mechanical Engineer (FDAS & Preventive Maintenance)
Job Summary:

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the building's Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) and other mechanical equipment. The role involves implementing preventive maintenance programs, conducting inspections, and coordinating repairs to maintain optimal building performance and safety.

Job Description:
  • Handle installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of FDAS and other mechanical systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance of building equipment such as pumps, air handling units, and exhaust systems.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and service documentation.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for equipment servicing and repairs.
  • Ensure all systems comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • With experience in FDAS and mechanical systems preferred
  • Strong background in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Have a wide range of knowledge regarding building equipment and operations
  • Familiar with building structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary systems
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
