
HR Compensation and Benefits Manager

Rex Group of Companies is in search of a seasoned HR Operations Manager with demonstrated track record leading and managing the full spectrum of HR Operation Management, leader who could strategically champion and execute programs and initiatives, plan interventions, and become a change make who can transform the organization to a greater heights.
Job Summary:
Talent Acquisition and Manpower Planning
Champion employment branding, conceptualizes talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain talents and create a deep talent bench. Leads workforce planning for effective utilization of existing manpower, and determines workload distribution for optimum staffing level requirements.
Performance Management and Career Planning
Oversees the Performance Management System, drumbeats goal-setting sessions, and leads the setting of Key Performance Areas and Key Performance Indicators. Manages the Succession Program and ensures that talents are developed handle a higher job role.
Compensation and Benefits
Administers government and company initiated benefits program and ensures timely relationship of employees employees complaints. Implement employee compensation and benefits programs, performs job evaluations, and facilitates salary and benefits surveys. Oversees consistent implementation of compensation and benefits programs, conducts continuous research to respond to the changing work environment , and maintains internal and external competitiveness. Conducts research works on Compensation and benefits including administration of surveys.
Labor Relations
Resolve employee questions and grievances, conducts Exit Interviews, prepares and updates policies and procedures, and ensures strict adherence and implementation of the code of Conduct/Employee Discipline including government compliance and provides needed data. Promotes a positive work environment and ensures compliance with statutory laws. Participate in LMC CBA negotiation as needed.
Timekeeping
Directs the supervision of Timekeeping process, ensure government compliance and consistent administration of Company Policies. Oversees timely processing of Timekeeping data for on time payroll processing and guarantees error free computations.
Employee Relations
Participates in Employee Relations programs and initiatives and ensure request of budget of activities.
Facilitates Group Discussions and other pain compensations points particularly related to HR Operations. Escalates issues & concerns to appropriate heads.
Facilitates and oversees payment of Consultants Professional Fees and escalates issues and concerns as needed.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Graduate of Psychology Behavioral Science, or related field. Preferably with a Master's Degree related to HR,
or with relevant certificate course.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in human resources management with at least seven years of managerial experience managing the full facets of HR.
