HR Compensation and Benefits Associate
Supports Human Resources Department through scheduling and conducting timekeeping orientation, benefit administration, maintaining records and information.
Responsibilities- Checking and processing of Attendance / DTRs and Timekeeping Requests of all employees.
- Gathering, encoding and uploading of employees' Manual Timekeeping Forms per cut off if needed (Overtime, Change Work Schedule, Change Day Off, etc.).
- Administers semi-monthly payroll to ensure that employees are compensated properly.
- Ensures all payroll transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Handles inquiries or questions regarding payroll discrepancies.
- Prepares reports relevant to employee attendance.
- Processes the Final Pay of all separated employees.
- At least 1 year of working experience specialized in Human Resources or equivalent; Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
