Overview

HR Compensation and Benefits Associate

Supports Human Resources Department through scheduling and conducting timekeeping orientation, benefit administration, maintaining records and information.

Responsibilities
  • Checking and processing of Attendance / DTRs and Timekeeping Requests of all employees.
  • Gathering, encoding and uploading of employees' Manual Timekeeping Forms per cut off if needed (Overtime, Change Work Schedule, Change Day Off, etc.).
  • Administers semi-monthly payroll to ensure that employees are compensated properly.
  • Ensures all payroll transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
  • Handles inquiries or questions regarding payroll discrepancies.
  • Prepares reports relevant to employee attendance.
  • Processes the Final Pay of all separated employees.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of working experience specialized in Human Resources or equivalent; Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
