Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the design team for fiber networks (FTTH, backbone, ISP/OSP).
  • Inspect and verify design plans before sending them to the client.
  • Confirm the accuracy of layouts, measurements, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with SAQ, Field Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure correct site details.
  • Provide support in resolving design problems and mentor designers as needed.
  • Ensure all outputs comply with company standards and client requirements.
  • Prepare brief reports and keep the Design Manager updated on progress.

Qualifications

  • Degree in ECE, EE, IT, or any related field.
  • Experience in fiber network design or telecom project work.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, GIS, Visio, or equivalent design software.
  • Strong leadership, supervision, and coordination skills.
  • Able to review plans thoroughly and detect design mistakes.
  • Good communication skills and able to meet project deadlines.
  • Experience in telecom industries is an advantage.
