A. Receiving and Inspection

Receive, unload, and inspect all incoming items and materials.

Verify the accuracy of quantities, descriptions, and conditions against delivery receipts or purchase orders.

Report any discrepancies or damages to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.

B. Storage and Inventory Management

Properly label, organize, and store items in their designated areas.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage spaces at all times.

Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist in reconciliation of stock records.

Ensure that stock levels are maintained to support sales and operations.

C. Releasing and Dispatch

Prepare, pick, and pack items for delivery or transfer according to approved documents.

Ensure items are complete, properly handled, and securely packed.

Coordinate with the logistics or delivery team for timely dispatch and documentation.

D. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions (receiving, releasing, transfers).

Ensure all documents are signed, dated, and filed properly.

Submit daily or weekly reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.

E. Maintenance and Safety

Observe all safety and security protocols in handling goods, tools, and equipment.

Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or damages immediately.

Help maintain the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area.

F. Support Functions

Assist in physical inventory audits and reconciliation.

Provide support to other departments for logistics and operational requirements.

Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.
