B2B Sales Manager for Brand Wear (Corporate Uniforms)
Responsibilities- Achieve at least P80.0 million of Brand Wear Sales (net of 12% VAT) by Year-End 2025 as the sales target (not to be delegated to Account Officers; the Account Officers already have their YTD 2025 sales targets)
- Generate prospective (new) accounts targeting medium-to-large corporations, conglomerates, and institutions/organizations
- Snowball from existing accounts targeting affiliates, subsidiaries, and suppliers of select big-ticket accounts
- Resolve (with high urgency) the pain points of prospective and existing Brand Wear customers
- Coach, mentor, and continuously train the Accounts Officers employees) for Brand Wear
- Highly analytical - Ability to review data (Week-to-Week; Month-to-Month; and Year-to-Year), discern major changes or movement in the Brand Wear business, and respond by recalibrating strategy and execution program
- Creative - Ability to offer the Brand Wear Package (Design + Price Point + Delivery + After-Sales-Service) to create and sustain the business relationship
- Negotiating prowess - Ability to spot opportunities and close deals for Brand Wear
- Communication - Ability to speak the language of various business industries from entry level to President/CEO, Head of HR/Procurement/Purchasing
- Strong attention to detail - Ability to comply with key processes, policies, and procedures for Brand Wear and for the company
- Technology savy - Ability to navigate technology for effective communication and/or business presentation (e.g., Microsoft Office, Shared Google Drive, Adobe/Photoshop/Programming for logo customization)
- At least 5 years experience in B2B Sales
