Sales Business to Business Specialist

The Sales Business to Business (B2B) Specialist is responsible for creating, executing, and managine nationwide partnership programs that drive significant B2B sales volume. This position is focused on identifying and acquiring key corporate accounts (e.g., supermarkets, hotels, restaurants) and building long-term, profitable relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, prospect, and pitch to high-potential B2B clients and national brands (e.g., supermarkets, hotels, restaurants) to secure large-scale, ongoing partnership engagements.
- Lead the end-to-end negotiation process for national partnership agreements, ensuring profitability and commercial viability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all national B2B partners, building strong, collaborative relationships for high retention and growth.
- Work closely with the Sales Support Assistant and internal departments (Marketing. Production Hub) to ensure the seamless execution and fulfillment of partnership agreements.
- Monitor the B2B landscape and competitors to provide insights and recommendations on new product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Track and report on key B2B sales metrics, including revenue performance and customer retention rates.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Key Accounts or Account Manager in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company, specifically handling food products, is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills. Experience with CRM software and proficient in financial modeling for deal analysis.
- Embodies Integrity and Responsibility and Ownership for the entire B2B sales cycle.
- Demonstrate Excellence in delivering outstanding service and a Customer First focus on meeting client needs.
- Requires regular travel to meet with prospective and existing partners nationwide.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
