Duties:

Marketing Analytics

  • Monitor social media ad campaign metrics and ensure optimization by communicating regularly with ad agencies

Business Planning & Special Projects

Market Research

  • Create customer profiles from sales data and present to relevant stakeholders
  • Gather data on the Philippine economy and real estate industry to be used for sales presentation materials
  • Monitor competitor activities and report any relevant activities to management
  • Conduct research on the overseas Filipino community to create data-driven marketing initiatives

Operations Research

  • Deliver research and analytics reports on the organization's operational efficiency to guide management in designing sales practices and policies

Preferred education:
Industrial Engineering/Management Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing

Skills/experience needed:
Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel), Data Analytics, Market Research, Social Media Management
