The Business Registration & Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate preparation, submission, and monitoring of all corporate registration and compliance requirements with regulatory agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). This role plays a critical part in maintaining the company's good legal standing and regulatory compliance, while also supporting internal administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

  • Prepare and process company registration documents and post-registration filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
  • Coordinate and facilitate BIR applications such as Tax Identification Numbers (TIN), Certificates of Registration, and related documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain up-to-date records of regulatory filings and license statuses.
  • Ensure timely compliance with periodic reportorial requirements and other legal obligations.
  • Prepare, file, and monitor the processing of Transfer of Shares and related tax documentation with the BIR.

Administrative & Client Support

  • Provide administrative support for compliance-related client concerns and inquiries.
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of corporate documents and filings.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory of office supplies to support departmental needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in corporate documentation, regulatory compliance, or related administrative roles.
  • Required familiarity with SEC and BIR processes and requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital document management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
