Skills and Qualifications:

  • Keen Attention to details.
  • Has knowledge in Building Code (Other government regulations) and construction methodology.
  • Familiar with standard method of measurement.
  • Proficient on MS Office, AutoCAD, Plainswift and/or other related software.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
  • Has strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Willing to work on extended hours and weekends.
  • Trustworthy and can work with minimum supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate MUST be a Licensed Architect
  • At least 3 years experience in BOQ preparations, Cost Estimation, Material takeoff, manpower and equipment utilizations.
  • Experience in consultancy or real estate industry is a plus.
