Senior Project Manager – Residential Construction (Bluebeam)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in Australian residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring 12–20 years of experience in project management, construction supervision, and stakeholder coordination. Proficiency in Bluebeam is required to manage drawings, take-offs, and project documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential construction projects from concept to completion.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within cost.
  • Review, interpret, and manage construction drawings and documentation using Bluebeam.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
  • Lead site inspections, progress meetings, and ensure compliance with Australian building codes and regulations.
  • Mitigate risks, resolve construction issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Mentor junior project staff and foster a collaborative project team environment.
  • Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • 12–20 years of experience in residential construction project management within Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and local council regulations.
  • Proven expertise in Bluebeam (for document control, markups, quantity take-offs, and collaboration).
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong background in contract administration and project scheduling (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets, timelines, and project risks.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Can start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
