Role Summary:

Oversees the planning, costing, construction, and turnover of dialysis center projects (1–2 sites at a time). Ensures compliance with DOH requirements, controls budgets, and coordinates contractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management

  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Secure permits and ensure compliance with DOH standards.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure construction quality.

  • Report project progress, risks, and issues to management.

  • Quantity Surveying / Cost Control

  • Prepare initial project budgets and cost estimates.

  • Review and validate contractor quotations and bids.

  • Check and verify contractor progress billings before payment.

  • Track project expenses and keep costs within approved budgets.

  • Conduct basic value engineering (suggest cost-effective alternatives without compromising safety/quality).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.

  • At least 3–5 years' experience in construction management or cost control.

  • Experience with small-to-medium commercial or healthcare projects is a plus.

  • Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination.

  • Ability to handle both site management and cost monitoring.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
