Angeles City, Central Luzon, Philippines Guerilla Staffing Solutions Full time ₱360,000 - ₱480,000 per year

To ensure building projects remain within budget, provide cost and material estimates, draw up projected budgets, and work alongside a team, noting any design changes and their effect on cost. Often liaise with builders, architects, engineers, and other contractors.

Salary Range: Php30,000 - Php40,000

Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
  • Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
  • Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Preparing reports, analyses, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
  • Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies
  • Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Perform other tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture or similar
  • Experience in estimating or quantity surveying
  • Knowledge in metalworks and architecture is a plus
  • Proficient in Bluebeam
  • With metalworks experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skill and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude towards work
