We're looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Experience VA to join our growing team. If you enjoy solving problems through writing, value clarity and empathy in communication, and get excited about improving systems and experiences—this role might be your perfect fit.

As a brand, we design elevated kitchenware—think gold utensils, knife sets, and practical yet stylish tools. We sell on Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify, and we care just as much about our customers' experience as we do about the quality of our products.

What You'll Do

Customer Delight & Engagement

  • Deliver warm, solution-focused written support across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other customer platforms.
  • Turn occasional frowns into five-star moments, always with a can-do attitude.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues while maintaining our friendly, elevated brand voice.

Product Review Monitoring

  • Track and respond to product reviews across platforms.
  • Identify trends in feedback and partner with the team to suggest meaningful improvements.

Reporting & Insights

  • Log customer issues, product concerns, and platform trends in organized reports.
  • Share insights that help us make better products and create even happier customers.

Process & SOP Development

  • Help continuously improve our customer service SOPs and internal playbooks.
  • Turn what you learn into clear, repeatable processes for future team members.

Special Projects

  • Jump in to assist on launches, holiday prep, or one-off research and admin tasks.
  • Be the kind of team player who's happy to wear a few hats and learn as you go.
