Job Summary:

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of trucks, drivers, and goods to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. This role involves close coordination with warehouse and fleet personnel, tracking delivery schedules, and addressing any operational issues that may arise. The Dispatcher plays a key role in maintaining smooth logistics operations, optimizing routes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate effectively with drivers, warehouse, and operations staff
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in warehouse operations, particularly in logistics or dispatching
  • Knowledge of delivery routes, basic scheduling, and fleet coordination is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team player with the ability to foster collaboration among staff and drivers to ensure smooth operations
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php600.00 per day
