A. Inventory Management
  1. Receive, check, and record all incoming materials, spare parts, consumables, and tools.
  2. Verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and specifications.
  3. Issue materials and equipment to fabrication teams, installation crews, and project sites based on approved request forms.
  4. Maintain accurate stock cards, logs, or inventory systems (manual or digital).
  5. Conduct periodic inventory counting (weekly/monthly) and reconcile variances.
  6. Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages and coordinate replenishment.
  7. Tag and label items properly to ensure easy identification and traceability.
B. Warehouse & Material Handling
  1. Ensure proper storage of materials such as steel plates, pipes, fittings, welding consumables, electrical components, and mechanical parts.
  2. Monitor the condition of stored items to prevent rust, damage, or contamination.
  3. Arrange materials systematically to promote easy access and safe handling.
  4. Oversee the safekeeping and return of company tools, including hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
  5. Coordinate with drivers, helpers, and project teams for dispatch and delivery needs.
C. Documentation & Reporting
  1. Prepare receiving reports, issuance forms, inventory updates, and other warehouse documents.
  2. Report slow-moving, fast-moving, or critical items.
  3. Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations for incoming and outgoing materials.
  4. Maintain records for audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
D. Safety & Compliance
  1. Follow warehouse safety standards for lifting, stacking, and handling items.
  2. Ensure chemicals, flammables, and welding consumables are stored properly.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse and storage areas.
  4. Assist in implementing company policies and ISO/OSH requirements.
