About the Client
Our client is a licensed and insured electrical contractor in Central Florida, specializing in pool electrical installations, generator installs, panel upgrades, surge protection, and emergency electrical services. With nearly 2,000 projects completed annually, the company is a trusted partner for both homeowners and pool builders.
We are seeking a highly organized Scheduler from Pampanga, Philippines to join the remote team. This role ensures smooth scheduling of jobs, effective communication with clients and technicians, and efficient overall workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, installations, and follow-ups.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text to confirm schedules, provide updates, and answer inquiries.
- Assign and manage technician schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate job records and real-time status updates in the scheduling system.
- Support the dispatch and operations teams to ensure all projects are completed on time.
- Provide reminders and courtesy calls to customers prior to appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
- Perform additional related tasks as needed — such as invoice follow-ups or cold calling — to support overall operations.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in scheduling, dispatching, customer support, or a related field (electrical/HVAC/construction industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) with confidence in making calls.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with scheduling or CRM software; experience with Jobber or Housecall Pro is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
- Full-time (8 hours/day)
- Work hours aligned with U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time)
