- 5-7 years of experience within the Human Resource function and preferably the Freight
- Forwarding Industry
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in business or HR or related field
- Exposure and understanding of legal & local regulations impacting the tasks of the function
- Well versed with local labour laws and visa processing
- Proficiency in English (for internal & external Communication)
- Proficiency in MS office tools (particularly MS Excel)
- Proactive, pragmatic and independent
- Attention to detail and meticulousness
- Interpersonal skills & people management
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality & Integrity
