Responsibilities

  • Conduct HR administrative tasks including but not limited to –Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and Payroll and Benefits administration
  • Monitoring and updating of employee info using HRIS
  • Assist with day-to-day HR tasks
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records
  • Addresses employee concerns

Requirements

  • Graduates of leading universities preferred
  • With at least 6 months Human Resources
  • Demonstrate excellent business acumen, leadership and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably with experience working in a Hotel or Restaurant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
