Qualifications:

►Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.

►At least two (2) years related experience is required for this position.

►Well-aware of Handbook on Workers' Statutory Monetary Benefits.

►Excellent mathematical skills and problem-solving skills.

►Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

►Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT)

►With good oral communication and analytical skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

► Oversees accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing for all direct daily paid employees using the Payroll System.

► Coordinates with HR Timekeeping for attendance disputes, concerns, and adjustments.

► Ensures timely deduction of LBR, other deductions, or charges from employee salaries.

► Prepares bank files and checks, verifying accuracy against the approved payroll register.

►Coordinates with Accounting for cash-out salary preparation for em ployees without ATM/Cash cards.

► Ensures timely transmission and communication of cash salaries to concerned employees.

► Coordinates with HR's CompBen team for timely processing of monthly statutory government mandated deductions, loans, and other company or bank loans.

► Coordinates with Accounting for BIR 1601C and BIR Form 2316 preparation, variance checking, and payment processing.

► Verifies Agency Billing forwarded by HR, checking for accurate rates, salary computations, and statutory deductions, and coordinating with Accounts Payable for check processing.

► Ensures holding of last applicable salary for resigned, AWOL, or terminated employees.

► Computes final pay for separated employees.

► Addresses payroll concerns of employees.

► Prepares payroll-related reports for submission to the Supervisor for consolidation and checking.

► Stays updated on the Handbook on Workers' Statutory Monetary Benefits and new company policies or benefits.

► Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
