Main role is to ensure payroll is processed on time and accurately for both in-house and outsourced teams. This includes correct deductions, withholdings, maintaining employee hours and pay, and handling commissions/bonuses.

Responsibilities:

⦁ Lead the payroll team (90% supervisory, 10% processing).

⦁ Act as escalation point and backup for managers/leads.

⦁ Identify process improvement opportunities.

⦁ Conduct coaching and performance feedback for direct reports.

⦁ Take end-to-end accountability of payroll processes and transactions.

⦁ Oversee pay distribution to employee bank accounts

⦁ Payroll audits and reporting

⦁ General ledger feed

⦁ Vendor/government reporting

⦁ Post-payrun activities

⦁ Gross-to-net calculations

⦁ Ensure service delivery, balancing staffing needs with efficiency and cost goals.

⦁ Conduct quality assurance and oversee team members informally on QA.

Skills and Qualifications:

⦁ At least 5 years' experience in Payroll Processing

⦁ At least 3 years in a supervisory role

⦁ SAP experience required

⦁ Global Payroll experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
