Position: Global Payroll Specialist
Company Industry: BPO
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Weekends Off-Morning Shift
Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience
Work Set Up: Work on Site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years experience in Payroll Processing
at least 3 years supervisory
Has experience using SAP Software
Experience working in BPO Company is an advantage
Global Payroll experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee the team and handle internal payroll operations.
- Serve as the Associate Manager's and other team leads' backup and point of escalation.
- Determine areas that could want improvement.
- Provide monthly performance reviews and coaching to direct reports.
- Complete accountability for transactions and procedures
•in charge of guaranteeing customer service delivery by striking a balance between personnel needs, operational effectiveness, and financial objectives.
•in charge of carrying out Quality Assurance and overseeing its parameters informally
