We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize our content strategies across multiple digital platforms. This role is responsible for creating engaging, brand-aligned content that drives audience growth, strengthens community engagement, and supports overall marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media content plans aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and target audience preferences.
  • Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • Manage daily posting schedules, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize content based on reach, engagement, and conversion data.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging content formats.
  • Execute paid social media campaigns when needed, including targeting, budgeting, and tracking results.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar for smooth and consistent execution.
  • Stay updated on best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in social media management or content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design or video editing tools is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
