ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a Claims Analyst, who will support their risk management and legal functions. This position is responsible for collecting and processing claims-related data, preparing reports, and assisting in the development and analysis of risk management practices. In addition, this role will also handle documentation, assist on projects and provide customer service, as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Enter and collate data for claims processing and legal procedures
  • Prepare reports
  • Develop and analyze risk management practices
  • Provide customer service
  • Gather information and report to supervisor on legal matters, claims, and other concerns or developments pertaining to risk for the company
  • Assist on other projects as needed
  • Organize contracts, agreements, and documents as requested
  • Arrange business-related travel if needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
  • Ability to process information, conduct research, and manage files
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Able to receive and provide direction, feedback, and corrective action to and from team members
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Aptitude in data management and reporting preparation
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
