QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any IT related field.
- Proven track record in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong grasp of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships through a consultative, value-driven approach.
- Skilled in crafting go-to-market strategies, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Highly collaborative, with experience working across marketing, product, and executive teams.
- Clear, persuasive communicator with a talent for influencing stakeholders and negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assesses growth opportunities across established and emerging markets. Designs and implements strategies that align with the organization's long-term vision and competitive positioning.
- Fosters enduring relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners. Leads high-impact engagements-including presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic discussions-while ensuring exceptional client experience through proactive management and follow-through.
- Collaborates with internal sales teams to tailor proposals and advance business deals. Oversees pricing strategies and negotiation frameworks that yield balanced, high-value outcomes. Analyzes performance metrics to refine and optimize revenue- generation efforts.
- Aligns closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive cohesive, market- responsive initiatives. Translates client and market insights into actionable strategies, informing decision-makers and influencing cross-functional priorities.
- Leads the documentation and tracking of business development activities, including pipeline metrics and revenue forecasts. Produces executive-level reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions with clear, data-backed insights.
