E-Commerce Manager
is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the company's online sales channels. The E-Commerce Manager collaborates closely with digital marketing teams to implement online campaigns, optimize SEO, and develop promotional strategies. They are also responsible for monitoring the customer journey to enhance site usability, personalization, and overall satisfaction. In addition, the manager ensures seamless order fulfillment by working with logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory, deliveries, returns, and customer service efficiency.
