E-commerce Catalog Specialist (Shopify & Photoshop Focus)

Location: Philippines (Remote/On-Site)

Job Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking two highly skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Catalog Specialists to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong experience with Shopify catalog management, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Photoshop to enhance product images for e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update product listings, including inventory management and variant handling, on Shopify.
  • Ensure product details, descriptions, and images are accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Use Photoshop to enhance and optimize product images for online stores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate updates for promotions, sales, and new product launches.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend optimizations for better customer engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistency in product representation across all platforms.
  • Regularly conduct audits of product catalogs to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, content management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Shopify catalog management, including product listing, inventory updates, and variant handling.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, with the ability to enhance, resize, and optimize product images for e-commerce use.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring high-quality and error-free product listings.
  • Experience with content creation, SEO principles, and optimizing product listings for search engines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and enhance customer experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with other eCommerce platforms or CMS, and familiarity with analytics tools, is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
