We're looking for an
Enterprise Account Manager
to own relationships with our top ecommerce brand partners. This role is all about building long-term partnerships, driving retention, and ensuring clients succeed through proactive support and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with high-value ecommerce brands.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and expand client engagement with our services.
  • Partner closely with Operations and Customer Success to ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
  • Proactively resolve client escalations while maintaining strong trust and confidence.
  • Share client insights to help improve our service offering and internal processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in
    Account Management or Customer Success
    (preferably ecommerce/SaaS).
  • Direct experience working with ecommerce brands, agencies, SaaS tools, or 3PL/fulfillment providers.
  • Strong client-facing skills: handling escalations, presenting data, and running strategic reviews.
  • Experience with Western clients/brands, with excellent communication adaptability.
  • A proactive problem-solver who is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and organized.

Key Strengths:

  • Background at an ecommerce SaaS platform (e.g., Shopify apps, CRM tools, Klaviyo).
  • Experience in 3PL, logistics, or fulfillment services for ecommerce brands.
  • Agency experience managing multiple DTC brand clients.
