Your role

As an eCommerce Coordinator, you will:

Join us at an exciting time as we grow our eCommerce presence, supporting the development of our existing and future digital business initiatives. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you will assist in delivering key digital marketing and strategic sales initiatives across our growing pureplay eCommerce business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Sponsored Ad campaigns: You'll own and track the performance of these campaigns across a wide range of products, modifying keywords and bids in real time to maximize ROI.
  • Optimizing brand presence: You'll create and oversee Brand Stores and Landing Pages to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Providing day-to-day account support: You'll be responsible for product images, creating and optimizing listings, daily stock feed uploads, price adjustments, compliance checks, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations across our digital retail partners.
  • Monitoring retail analytics: You'll analyze data to identify opportunities for growing traffic and conversion, and report on SKU and brand market trends.
  • Collaborating with Brand Managers: You'll liaise with Brand Managers to ensure listing suppressions are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Supporting marketing efforts: You'll assist with the management and implementation of eCommerce marketing assets.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Experience in digital and e-commerce marketing, client care, or administration

  • Ideal but not mandatory: Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central and Shopify/Familiarity with Google Analytics.
