The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations, managing supplier and dealer relations, and ensuring timely execution of marketing logistics. The role focuses on documentation, coordination and physical material management to ensure seamless internal and external collaboration. The position supports marketing initiatives across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, and may require occasional travel and/or field work.

  • Manage and track PR/PO filing, including documentation and compilation of records.
  • Engage and coordinate with suppliers for canvassing and costing.
  • Monitor and ensure the timely delivery and fulfillment of materials.
  • Coordinate solicitation for advertising opportunities and manage tarpaulin distribution and other printed collaterals.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and external partners as needed.
  • Provide marketing support for operations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
  • Participate in field work or travel as necessary to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Open for FRESH GRADUATES.

Skills and Attitude:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in managing files, data tracking, and supplier communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience in working with vendors or logistics is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct on-site coordination as needed.
