Administrative Support

  • Manage the broker's calendar and schedule client meetings, property viewings, and site visits.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain contracts, agreements, listings, and client records.
  • Draft and format correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
  • Ensure all digital and physical filing systems are up to date and accurate.

Sales and Brokerage Coordination

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, property listings, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, and brokers for inquiries, viewings, and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor property inventory, sales leads, and transaction progress.
  • Support the broker in implementing marketing and sales initiatives.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of listings, client information, and closed transactions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and brokerage activities.
  • Assist with expense tracking, budget monitoring, and commission processing.

Client and Internal Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client concerns and inquiries.
  • Handle calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, HR, Admin, and Marketing to ensure seamless operations.
