events planner

JR Events is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Events Planner Specialist who will manage and execute various healthcare-related events such as medical conferences, webinars, product launches, and speaker trainings.

You will oversee end-to-end event coordination — from planning, vendor management, and logistics to on-site execution and post-event reporting. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Medical) to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality and compliant events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and implement HCO events, webinars, product launches, and medical trainings.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for event requirements and approvals.
• Handle event logistics — venue booking, technical setup, travel arrangements, and materials.
• Ensure all event collaterals (banners, invites, digital materials) are approved and released on time.
• Lead on-site/online event implementation and monitor program flow.
• Prepare post-event reports, attendee feedback, and performance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and timelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination (preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom/Webex, and familiar with event management tools.
• Can multitask under pressure and manage multiple timelines.
• Willing to travel and work on-site during events.
