The Sales Coordinator will communicate and coordinate with the store managers, supervisors, and personnel. They will handle and guide Promoters/ Promodizer.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the performance and efficiency levels of Sales promoters/promodizers
  • Coordinate promodizers' schedules including the training, orientation, and other company activities and events.
  • Educate promoters/promodizers about market trends and needs. Ensure that promoters/promodizers are well informed about the company's activities and internal and external promotions.
  • Analyze mall/supermarket situation and customer buying potential and class
  • Maintain relationships with the store managers/supervisors
  • Answer the supermarket's in-store queries about the company's products.
  • Align and connect all company department's goals with the respective supermarkets
  • Report about the daily store situations, activities, and concerns to the Sales & Marketing Associate- Supermarket.
  • Keep track, file, and organize the promodizers/promoters' information, daily report, and schedule.
  • Support and cooperate in the food safety and quality programs and initiatives of the company and consistently report problems with regards to Food Safety Management System.

MINOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate and suggest marketing activities including campaigns, promotions, displays, and others in supermarkets.
  • Track and update marketing support in partnership with supermarkets.
  • File documents in the office.
  • Assist and organize marketing collaterals for supermarkets and promoters/promodizers need.
