DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures the smooth coordination in between existing dealer, company, and the promodisers.
  • Coordinates, consolidates, and prepares the sales report of stores, according to the company's standard reporting requirements.
  • Coordinates with internal and external departments regarding his/her respective dealer concerns and issues.
  • Conduct phone calls, e-mail correspondence, and store visits to get updates and attend to immediate concerns.
  • Monitors and evaluates performance of promodisers Inside the stores.
  • Addresses team's conerns during on-site visits and office day.
  • Prepares incident report regarding pull out, repair and replacement from the store.
  • Perfroms a variety of tasks on assisting the sales and marketing departments to meet corporate objective.
  • Ensures attainment of sales target.
  • Accomplishes sales documentation and requirements (but not limited to) purchase order, deliveries and inventory.
  • Coordinates and processes events/ exhibits, modules, and other marketing requirements.
  • Identifies potential business opportunities.
  • Studies industry and market trends and prepares competitors' analysis and marketing study and awareness.
  • Reports and updates the assistant account manager, account manager, marketing manager and other department heads.
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned
