We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agents at our CDO site In this role, you will be the frontline connection between our company and our customers, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. As a Customer Support Agent, you will respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, address concerns, and provide accurate information and effective solutions.

Your responsibilities will include resolving product or service-related issues, documenting interactions, and maintaining up-to-date customer records in our system. You will work closely with other departments to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution, while also providing product knowledge, troubleshooting support, and follow-up assistance to guarantee customer satisfaction. Beyond resolving concerns, you will play an important role in building strong customer relationships, contributing to process improvements, and meeting individual and team performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; college background is an advantage.

  • Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
