We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position that will involve providing excellent customer service to our clients in the telecommunications industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
