Position Overview

Regional sales position responsible for the ASEAN region for our client.

Manage existing dealers to drive sales growth and develop new sales channels.

Close communication with Japan headquarters and strategic alignment are essential.

Frequent business travel to ASEAN countries and Japan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage dealers and partners in the Philippines and Northern ASEAN region
  • Develop sales plans and manage pipelines to achieve annual sales targets
  • Identify and approach new dealers and sales channels
  • Provide sales training for partners and support events and exhibitions
  • Gather market and competitive information and report to Japan HQ

Requirements (Must)

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in large-format inkjet or digital printing industry
  • Experience in dealer/agent-based channel sales
  • Business-level English communication (email, online meetings, presentations)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-work environment
  • Ability to travel frequently within ASEAN and to Japan

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

  • Experience with large-format printer manufacturers (Epson, HP, Mimaki, Roland, etc.)
  • Experience in a regional role covering multiple countries
  • Basic technical understanding of printers, inks, and media
