Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and assisting in Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits.
  • Responsible for HMO enrollment and deletion.
  • Responsible for coordination with the HMO provider (PhilCare).
  • Facilitate Employee Relations matters.
  • Handling and coordination of Timekeeping.
  • Preparation of Employee Status Change Form (ESCF).
  • Handling Chinabank form of new hire and coordination with Chinabank IT Park for the available ATM cards.
  • Preparation of the 3rd and 5th month performance evaluation of the employees.
  • Preparation of Letter for Extension of Probationary Period and Non-Continuance.
  • Prepared Annual HR Budget.
  • Responsible for coordination and organizing company events.
  • Establishing and organizing the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Prepares Weekly Report (HR Progress Report, Recruitment Tracker, CV Mancom Monitoring, Accomplishment Report, etc. ).
  • Facilitates exit clearance and monitoring of final pay for Full time and Part time.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
