Senior (Inventory) Auditor

The Senior Inventory Auditor of CW Home Depot will focus on overseeing the inventory and operational audit of the North stores (Ortigas, Commonwealth, Balintawak, and Pampanga). This role will also be responsible for reporting audit findings with the assistance of the branch's junior auditors, conducting regular cycle counts, visiting the stores, and doing relieving tasks in the absence of the junior auditor.

· Delegates and monitors activities of audit personnel

· Supervise and review the performance of general compliance and financial audits

· Supervise and review the performance of regular and special audits.

· Supervise and review the performance of monthly summary report on noted non-conformances, observations, and recommendations and communicate those to Audit Manager

· Provides non-conformance reports to HR and IE Departments

· Validates audit findings and recommendations submitted by Junior Auditors

· Reports audit findings and recommendations to Audit Manger.

· Performs other tasks assigned from time to time

We are looking for someone with

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Accountancy
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory and operational audit in a supervisory capacity
  • Experience in retail operations is an advantage
  • Willing to do fieldwork/roving duty to North branches (Ortigas, Commonwealth, Balintawak, Pampanga)
