Ideal Tech Staffing is looking for an HR Assistant/Reliever to provide temporary support to our HR Department. This position is intended to help manage administrative and operational HR tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and preventing backlogs during a busy period.
Location: 12F, 1Nito Tower, Archbishop Ave., Lahug, Cebu City
Work Schedule: 8PM–5AM (Fixed Weekends Off)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling daily HR and administrative operations
- Support recruitment efforts such as interview scheduling, coordination, and initial screening
- Help maintain and organize employee files and HR records
- Coordinate with employees and other departments regarding HR-related inquiries
- Assist in processing pre-employment and post-employment requirements
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the HR team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year of HR experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for immediate employment
